Grade Divisions: K-2 and 3-5
*Home-school students are also eligible.
County & Division Prizes:
1st: $25 and a new bicycle
2nd: $25
3rd: $20
Honorable Mention: $10
Winners will be notified by mail and recognized at MLEC's district membership meetings in October.
Contest Rules:
- "Meriwether Lewis: Because Every Moment Matters" MUST be on the poster.
- Size: 11 x 14 inch poster board turned landscape.
- No thicker than 1 inch when laid flat.
- Completed ID tag MUST be on the back of the poster. (Information can be written on the back of the poster if tag not available.)
- Entry Deadline: September 23, 2025
Poster Checklist:
- Is the theme on the poster?
- Did you complete your student ID tag?
- Is the ID tag on the back of the poster?
- Have your poster in your school office on Sept. 23 by noon, or have a parent drop it off to MLEC by 4:30 p.m.
