MLEC Contributes to Lewis County organizations
Board Directors putting co-op principles into action
(August 7, 2026 – Hohenwald, TN) – The cooperative difference goes beyond providing reliable electricity. It means investing in the people and communities we serve. Dr. Jeff Peery, MLEC Board Chairman (right) and Lewis County Director Bill Webb recently presented $500 to Tonya Woodward (middle) of Hope Hohenwald. They also contributed $500 to the Hohenwald Police Benevolence Fund, the Lewis County Senior Citizens Center and the Lewis County Ministerial Association.
